PARENTING ROOMS
Found next to the Airport Help Desk, adjacent to the International Arrivals Area (refer to terminal map for exact location), the Parenting Room provides facilities, including change tables, microwave and toys, for all travellers to use free of charge.
There are also change tables in most of the public and/or disabled toilets throughout the terminal.
FIRST AID
A First Aid Room is located next to the Airport Help Desk adjacent to the International Arrivals Area (refer to the terminal map for the exact location).
BAG STORAGE & KEY DROP
Bag storage lockers are available in the Bag Claim Area. The daily charge is $6 for a medium sized locker and $8 for a large locker. Oversize items (such as skis) can be stored at the Airport Help Desk for a daily charge of $10 for each item.
Key drop services are offered from the Airport Help Desk for $2.
These services are accessible during normal terminal building hours.
PARKING
Parking is made easy at Queenstown Airport.
AIRPORT TRANSPORT
An extensive choice of transport options are available for both international and domestic travellers. Including buses, shuttles, taxis and limos. Many of the rental companies have an office inside the terminal building next to the International Arrivals Area.
OVERSIZED LUGGAGE & SPORTING EQUIPMENT
Storage is available for oversized luggage at the Airport Help Desk (pls hyperlink to help desk contact info). Lockers for smaller items are located next to the Baggage Reclaim Area.
TELEPHONES & SIM CARDS
Telephones are located in the Baggage Reclaim and Check-in Areas. These phones take cash or prepaid telephone cards, which can be bought at the Terminal newsagency, Paper Plus.
Sim Cards can also be purchased at Paper Plus.
